When choosing your belt/waist size, the general rule is to add 2″ to your actual trouser size to get your belt/waist size, if unsure, order the next size up as you can always add some more holes if needed.

 

For example, if you are a 36″ waist, add 2 inches, so 38″, I would order large as it is in between 36″ and 42″. For example, if you are a 32″ waist, add 2 inches, so 34″ I would not order a small as 34″ will be on the last hole, so I would order a medium.
